So most of my family knows us well enough to know that when life hands us lemons we make lemonade.. or in our case.. when something floods.. why just fix what was flooded.. fix it all!! So the first project is complete and you wanted to see pictures so here they are..

for some reason they are fuzzy.. but you get the idea.. before white balusters, after.. iron balusters. We love it!! Next project.. paint, repairs, and then bathroom.. stay tune!!
