Every night I check in on my kids before I go to sleep, Addison sleeps very soundly and not even a hail storm will wake her so a kiss and some loves go unnoticed. Reagan is somewhere in the middle, she responds sometimes, passed out other. Now Broderick is my old faithful, it could be 9pm, or 4 am if I kiss him and say "I love you" I always get a response.. last night it melted my heart and went like this:
"I love you"
Broderick, "I love you too Mom"
"I love you more"
Broderick, " I love you more too.."
"I love you the most"
Broderick, "Yeah, I know Mom!"
